Earn Money ("the Extension") is a browser extension developed by Salim Ishaq. This Privacy Policy explains how the Extension handles your data. By installing and using the Extension, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

The Extension does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information
• Financial or payment information
• Passwords, credentials, or authentication data
• Location data or IP addresses
• Browsing history or website content
• User activity such as clicks, keystrokes, or mouse tracking
• Personal communications
• Health information

2. Local Storage Usage

The Extension uses chrome.storage.local to save your in-game progress on your device. This data is used solely to persist your game state between sessions. The stored data includes:

• Virtual in-game currency balance (not real money)
• Owned in-game assets and their quantities
• Collectible items and market data
• Upgrade levels and prestige points
• Player profile (chosen avatar and username)
• Display preferences (decimal digits, color theme)

All of this data is fictional and game-specific. It is stored only on your local device and is never transmitted to any server, third party, or external endpoint.

3. Permissions

The Extension requests the following browser permissions, each used for a specific purpose:

• storage — Used to save and load your in-game progress locally so it persists between browser sessions.
• tabs — Used by the background service worker to detect when the extension popup is opened, enabling the calculation of offline earnings based on time elapsed since your last session.

No other permissions are requested or used.

4. No Remote Code or External Connections

The Extension does not load, fetch, or execute any remote code, scripts, or resources from external servers. All code and assets are bundled within the extension itself. The Extension does not make any network requests to any server.

5. Third-Party Services

The Extension does not integrate with, send data to, or receive data from any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or external APIs.

6. Children's Privacy

The Extension is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children. Since no personal data is collected at all, there are no concerns regarding children's data under COPPA or any other applicable regulation.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

All game data is stored locally on your device. You can delete it at any time by:

• Right-clicking the Extension icon in Chrome → Manage Extension → Site access → Clear data
• Or uninstalling the Extension entirely

Once deleted, all game progress is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

9. Support Page

The Extension includes a "Support Us" section with the developer's payment addresses for voluntary donations. These addresses are displayed for user convenience and are not processed, collected, or transmitted by the Extension itself. No payment processing occurs within the Extension.
